Unable to take the shorter route to a neighbours due to fall levels and with no drainage to the rear of the property our only option was to come 30m out of the front and perform a live connection 4.2m deep in the adjacent verge. Fraught with challenges including bad ground conditions and a multitude of existing services our team completed the project over 2 consecutive weekends in time for the new owners to move in.
